Alpaca, one of our models, has been developed by Stanford University and fine-tuned on a remarkable dataset of 52K instruction-following demonstrations generated from OpenAI's Text-Davinci-003. LlamaChat provides the flexibility to import raw published PyTorch model checkpoints or pre-converted .ggml model files, giving you the freedom to tailor your experience to your specific needs.

LlamaChat is fully open-source and free to use, benefiting from the strength of open-source libraries like llama.cpp and llama.swift. Importantly, LlamaChat does not come bundled with any model files. As a user, you are responsible for obtaining and integrating the appropriate model files in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the respective providers.
