To get started, simply download the Ermine.ai tool from GitHub. Once installed, you'll have the option to transcribe both the audio file and transcript, allowing you to easily access and utilize them whenever necessary. However, please note that the tool needs to load and initialize the transcription model in your browser before it can begin transcribing. This initial process may take a few minutes as the model files, which are approximately 50mb in size, are downloaded and cached.

Currently, Ermine.ai only supports English transcription. When you initiate the transcription process, the tool may prompt you to grant microphone access. This is necessary to ensure that the tool can accurately transcribe your audio recording.
