Welcome to Clyde, the AI chat integration for servers powered by OpenAI technology. With Clyde, you can engage in conversations with a chatbot that offers a range of functionalities. While still in the experimental stage, Clyde is currently available for users to try out for free.

Here's what you can do with Clyde:

1. Discover new things: Clyde can provide you with knowledge, tips, and jokes to keep you entertained and informed.
2. Play interactive games: Engage in fun trivia games and challenge yourself with brain-teasing questions.
3. Get recommendations: Receive personalized recommendations for movies, books, and local restaurants from Clyde's vast database.
4. Express yourself: Use GIFs, memes, and emojis to add a touch of personality to your conversations.

To ensure you are interacting with the official Discord Clyde chatbot, remember to verify that the username and @ mentions refer to "Clyde" with a capital "C." Server admins will be notified when Clyde arrives on their server and have the option to enable or disable it. Similarly, server members will also receive a notice when Clyde is enabled in their server, allowing them to start chatting with Clyde.

Chatting with Clyde is simple. You can initiate a conversation by mentioning @Clyde in your message or replying to an existing Clyde message. Clyde is available in any text channel within enabled servers. When you first interact with Clyde, you'll receive an ephemeral message outlining how to use it.

Please note that during the beta phase, Clyde's availability may be limited to a small percentage of servers. Server admins will be notified in advance, and unless admins choose to disable it, Clyde will be enabled by default.
